The Lawnologist is owned and run by its founders Mark and Lauren Walsh. Having spent many years in front line emergency services, Mark has turned his passion for transforming lawns and gardens into an ethical and thriving business. Mark has been trained and mentored, one to one, by the president of the UK Lawn Care Association of which The Lawnologist is a proud and active member.
Mark and Lauren have built their family business to be as environmentally friendly as possible. The Lawnologist focusses on organic feeds, organic top dressings and tried and tested cultivation methods that will enhance soil structure and grass naturally.

Standard Program
This is our entry level program offering you five seasonal treatments that keeps your lawn resilient and full of life;
Treatment 1
Spring Fertiliser.
Full of nutrients for colour, giving your lawn the kick start it needs for the new year ahead – Applied between February and March
Treatment 2
Weed Treatment.
Using a selective herbicide that tackles weeds before they take hold and ignores the grass. Another organic feed application can be considered depending on the condition of the lawn – Applied between April and May
Treatment 3
Summer Feed.
An organic slow-release feed is applied to nourish the lawn along with some bio-stimulants to really give the lawn some resilience for the incoming hot and dry period. Around this time another analysis will take place to monitor progress – Applied between June and July
Treatment 4
Autumn Feed.
A mix of organic granular feed and bio-stimulants to focus on promoting root growth as well as a moss deterrent product of liquid iron.
Treatment 5
Winter Feed and Moss Control.
Liquid treatment of feed and iron to feed the lawn and ready it for the cold climate ahead.

Inclusive of the Standard Program with the addition of aeration up to twice yearly to really add soul to the soil.
The Lawnologist uses a specialist machine that will reduce the compaction, help with drainage, oxygenate, and encourage the eco-system underneath to fire up and feed your lawn naturally. A real must to someone who wants their lawn to stand out.
Complete Program
Inclusive of the Enhanced Program, this is our premium package with the addition of heavy scarification, overseed, turf-dress, and if required, levelling. This program is a full lawn rejuvenation that will give you a total lawn transformation and will leave it weed and moss free with thick, lush, green grass to be enjoyed
