Acknowledgment:
By giving us the go-ahead, whether verbally or otherwise, you are acknowledging and consenting to our latest terms and conditions outlined on our website.
Lawn Treatment Programme:
- Our lawn treatment programmes use top-tier industry products.
- Prices are based on a minimum of five visits annually, spaced every 8-12 weeks, depending on seasonal and weather conditions.
- These services will continue until either party terminates, unless specified in a pre-paid agreement.
- Adjustments or cancellations to the 5-treatment/visit plan and visit frequency may necessitate a re-evaluation of the quoted prices.
- You can cancel at any time without being bound by a contract or obligation.
Timing:
- Treatments will be carried out according to the schedule in the proposal document.
- Work starts on an agreed date, with subsequent treatments dependent on the effectiveness of the initial treatment and suitable weather conditions.
- Weather conditions play a significant role in the timeliness of our work.
Quotes and Pricing:
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from submission.
- Pricing can be influenced by various factors, including material costs and treatment costs, which may rise with little or no notice, except for pre-pay plans.
- Pre-pay plans are protected from price increases during the agreed plan duration.
- We strive to notify you of any price increases via email, invoice note, or newsletter before they take effect.
Payment Options:
- **Monthly payments via Direct Debit by GoCardless:** – To be agreed upon acceptance of the proposal.
- **Pay-as-you-go by BACS:** – Bank details available upon request – payment due upon completion of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
- **Pay-as-you-go through our online auto-pay system:** – Payment due and taken upon completion of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
- **Cash upon delivery:** – Payment while the operative is on-site.
- **Other payment options:** – Listed on the invoice.
- **Pre-pay for seasonal treatments and mechanical cultivation methods:** – Save an additional 5%. Cancelling before the end of the pre-paid plan will forfeit any outstanding treatments paid for, with no entitlement to a refund – Once a pre- paid plan ends, the program automatically reverts to PAYG at current market prices unless instructed otherwise.
Late Payment Charges:
- Unless otherwise agreed, a late payment charge up to 15% of the value of the overdue invoice will be applied after 14 days.
- An additional 10% will be charged per week thereafter until payment is cleared.
Cancelling Monthly Payments:
- You may cancel your monthly payments at any time.
- You agree to pay the difference for any work already received that has not yet been paid in full by previous payments.
- This could include high-value mechanical works.
- An urgent invoice will be raised for the balance, due within 3 days of notification.
- There is no entitlement to reimbursement upon cancellation of monthly payments.
Cancelling on the Day of Treatment:
Cancelling on the day of treatment upon our arrival may incur a charge of 25% of the treatment price unless there are mitigating or emergency circumstances.
This charge covers costs associated with going to the site.
Pre-Payment Plans:
Prices and services are fixed for the duration of the agreed plan to ensure priority service.
Services, once agreed and paid for, cannot be changed or altered during this period.
Cancelling before the end of the pre-paid plan forfeits any outstanding treatments paid for, with no entitlement to a refund.
Satisfaction:
We ensure the highest professional standards according to your expectations. Factors beyond our control, such as weather, pests, other treatments by third parties, poor subsoil, poor mowing practices, dehydration, damage, and pet degradation, may affect results.
Underground Pipework/Services:
During mechanical scarification/aeration, tines excavate below the surface. We cannot be held responsible for damage to unseen pipes or cables unless informed of their location before work starts.
The lawn owner must highlight any services/pipes or cabling before work commences.
Variations:
Depending on treatment effectiveness, it may be necessary to amend or revise the treatment programme.
This will be done using the most seasonally appropriate products for your lawn in its current state and within the season.
Products Used:
All agrochemicals/fertilisers will be used in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
Product recommendations ensure control of pests, diseases, and weeds with maximum regard for the user, consumer, and environment.
Access to Property:
We require access to your treatment areas on the agreed dates. You do not need to be home for these treatments.
If we are unable to gain access, we will revisit later the same day.
If we cannot complete the treatment after a third attempt, the seasonal application will be forfeited, and a charge of 25% of the treatment value may apply to cover operational costs.
Obstacles in Lawn:
Please remove all animal waste, leaf drop, and relocate children’s toys before our visit.
If animal waste prevents us from carrying out work, we will ask you to remove it. We reserve the right to charge a nominal fee of £5 per item removed by us as a last resort.
Responsibilities:
The lawn owner is responsible for ensuring the lawn is watered sufficiently and maintained according to our advice.
We cannot be held responsible for issues between visits such as irrigation, pest and pet damage, footfall damage, leaf damage, mulch damage, poor cutting practice, or DIY application of additional products.

Waste Disposal:
We are licensed green waste carriers.
Disposal costs are passed on to the customer.
We can leave green waste on site in bags or designated bins if preferred, agreed on the day of renovation.
Health and Safety:
Our team follows strict health and safety protocols during lawn treatments. Pets and children should be kept indoors during our visit.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws.
We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties without your permission unless required by law.
Liability:
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of income, business interruption, and loss of goodwill.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
